Our heart - motive and condition
All our practices trains our heart to be in condition.
Realize theLord.
Realize the trinity God.
We need to be balance. We not just walk put a certain truths, but we need to walk out all the truths.
1peter 2:4-5
Most importantly is is our heart alive to God.

1) give thanks - to a point that you are joyful and will shout for joy.
- choose topics that has been bothering you ( see The Lord before you see the thing that bother you), things that are ordinary
2) talk to The Lord from your heart, sweet talk
